    Classification of large injection molding machines:

    According to the types of clamping components and injection components, there are three types: vertical, column and angle

    (1) Horizontal injection molding machine: Horizontal injection molding machine is a very common type. Its advantage is that the axis of the total stroke of the injection is in the same boat or the same as the axis of the total stroke of the mold, and it is flat on the installation road surface. It is characterized by stability in work, convenient installation of mold shells, practical operation and maintenance, large mold shell openings, and small indoor space aspect ratio; but it occupies a large area and is widely used in large, medium and small servers.

    (2) Vertical turntable injection molding machine: its advantage is that the central axis of the clamping device and the injection device are aligned in a line and vertical to the road surface. It has the advantages of small footprint, convenient assembly and disassembly of mold shells, very easy installation of inserts, raw materials dropped from the silo, and the melting can be carried out in a more balanced manner, easy to complete automation technology and several automatic production line management methods. The disadvantage is that the ejector product is not easy to fall off automatically, and often requires manpower or other means to remove it, and it is not easy to complete the fully intelligent operation method and the injection of large and medium-sized products; the overall body is high, and the feeding and maintenance are troublesome.

    (3) Angle plastic machine: the center line of the injection equipment and the mold equipment are mutually complementary and arranged vertically. According to the relative position of the injection total stroke axis and the installation reference surface, there are horizontal column type, vertical type, and horizontal vertical type: ①Horizontal column type, the injection total stroke line is parallel to the reference surface, and the clamping total stroke axis is with the ground Vertical; ②Vertical, the injection total stroke axis is vertical to the ground, and the mold clamping total stroke axis is parallel to the reference plane. The characteristic of the angle injection molding machine is that it has the advantages of both vertical and column injection molding machines. It is especially suitable for setting up mold shells with asymmetric and encrypted geometric shapes of side rubber inlets.
